The SD Hip Hop Health & Wellness team invites you to the post-race Festival. Don't miss the opportunity to represent your brand on-site at the 6th Annual SD Hip Hop 5k Health & Wellness Festival. Runners, walkers and spectators are encouraged to venture into this area after the race. We will have a challenging obstacle course, kids Fun Zone, music, food and much more. All you have to do is fill out the online vendor form below.

Vendor Rules & Regulations
1. Vendors can start setting up as early as 5:10 a.m. at the Educational Cultural Center.
on event day on October 20, 2024. All vendors must be completely set up by 6:50 a.m.
2. Table(s) are required. (Canopies are optional)
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment.
3. Vendors will be allowed to park in the Parking lot. Space is limited.
4. All materials and equipment brought on the property shall be the total
responsibility of the vendor. Anything that would cause real or potential
danger to any person is prohibited on the premises.
5. Displays may not exceed booth space boundaries.
6. Vendors must remove all refuse from booth area upon breakdown.
7. Food distribution will be allowed in designated areas only. All
other booths will NOT be allowed to distribute prepared food, even if
complimentary. Exceptions include individual (wrapped) complimentary
candy items (i.e., candy bowl). Product sampling is allowed with
approval from Event Director prior to the event.
8. Any damage caused to the filed or amenities by vendors/exhibitors
will be charged to and paid for by the vendor.
9. Demonstrations may be conducted within vendor's booth space only,
with due consideration and coordination with adjacent vendors.
10. The Hip Hop Health and Wellness 5k and Festival will go on, rain or shine!
